**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of financial performance of the company.
- Prepare financial and management reports, forecasts, business plans, budgets and financial analysis and liaise in regard to these also with central controlling teams in Germany.
- Review pricing, financial aspects and other commercial terms for all major customer contracts and appropriations for major expenditure.
- Monitor financial performance of key business units, customer projects and product groups
- Documentation, maintenance and re-engineering of controlling processes.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized accountancy degree or higher (CPA or similar preferred).
- Solid and hands-on experience in performance analysis and project controlling.
- Person of high integrity, unbiased, decisive, results oriented and a keen sense of business ownership.
- Strong communication and analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills and team orientation, ability to work with and motivate internal staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team.
- Excellent MS office skills, especially MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
