Credit Control Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales, finance and executive team members.
- Establish policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.
- Be tactful for prompt AR collection and monitor customer payments closely.
- Check client credit reports, highlight and communicate to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Maintain weekly/monthly reports and clients' records, conduct regular analysis of the credit-control system and implement changes as needed to reduce bad debts.
- Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team.
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
- Report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team.
- Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good business acumen for problem solving.
- Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to deal with problematic clients.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
- Work in office in **Changi - Airport Cargo Road**
**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
