Document Controller

Job Description
- Establish proper Document procedures.
- Control incoming/outgoing documents and drawings and ensure proper tracking.
- Manage, maintain and ensure the project documents (i.e. procedures, guidelines, templates, numbering, filling) are compliance to both client and company standard.
- Review completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittal for submission.
- Receive and register all provided and in-house generated documents.
- Quality & compliance checks on documents, maintenance of a list of applicable, documents, numbering & identification of documents, filling & arranging of documents (both electronic and/or hardcopies).
- Control & tracking of documents, distribution of documents of relevant people.
- Progress reporting on the document status.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Microsoft Outlook email client
- Meticulous, Fast Learner, Initiativeness, Honest and responsible
- Able to work immediately.
- At least Diploma/Degree in Business administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
