The Role Responsibilities: Working as a BA / SME / Domain Expert of Trade and Supply Chain Finance in Banking or IT Product Company for financial services. Strong knowledge of Trade and Supply Chain Finance and willing to shift his/her industry and would like to take up a whole new different role utilizing his/her domain expertise. Should have hands on experience in Letter of Credits, Guarantees, Import/Export Financing, Supply Chain Finance Products, Receivable Finance, Payable Finance, Dealer Finance, Vendor finance, Factoring, Open Account Trade from a Corporate Banking Sector also having exposure over SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) much preferred. Support ASEAN countries (currently mainly China, Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand but may expand) in their local product enhancements Coordination and control of the various test support activities with the clients Work jointly with Global Product and Delivery teams to identify product depth, geographic breadth and commercialization Develop jointly with the Product & Sales strategy to meet the RFI/RFP objectives Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to capture the opportunities, mitigate the threats. Recommend and plan actions to build or reinforce our competitive edge on country specific end-to-end product enhancements Participate & Lead Product Walk through sessions with both internal and external stakeholders Analyze system/client requirements, business processes and conduct gap analysis Analyze and onboard the relevant businesses/enhancements onto IT systems. Stay abreast with current happenings in trade and supply chain business Prepare detailed requirement specification documents. Model Trade and SCF business processes and workflows. Interact with development and test teams and conduct requirement walk through. Test case reviews, UAT/SIT coordination and testing support Client Management Structured approach to analyzing and documenting requirements Strong data analysis, data flow and data mapping skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
