The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and a solid understanding of related modules and technical integrations. This role will involve driving end-to-end solution delivery, supporting business-critical processes, and working closely with global teams. Job Title: SAP SD Business Analyst Location: Singapore Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and a solid understanding of related modules and technical integrations. This role will involve driving end-to-end solution delivery, supporting business-critical processes, and working closely with global teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SD solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable functional specifications . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and technical teams (ABAP). Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., EDI, APIs). Support and enhance key business processes such as intercompany billing, consignment , and order-to-cash (OTC) . Conduct functional testing , support UAT, and provide training to end users. Provide ongoing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP SD and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst or Consultant. In-depth knowledge of core SD processes: Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping . Hands-on experience with EDI setup , intercompany processes , and consignment flows . Familiarity with SAP MM and FI modules (added advantage). Exposure to GTS and API integrations is a plus. Basic ABAP debugging skills (preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to coordinate with China-based stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Information Technology , or a related field. SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
