**Role Purpose**

The HR Specialist will work in close relationship with HR team to support key HR transformation projects.

**Role Accountabilities
**HRIS & Projects**
- Support in data collation and data clean-up
- Perform data mapping from current to new HRIS system
- Participate in data conversion activities and perform data reconciliation
- Perform post-conversion data validation as and when required
- Support or participate in relevant HRIS projects and initiatives from time to time
- Ensure that HRIS updates in a compliant, accurate and timely manner
- Provide support in the HRIS/Payroll system migration projects
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before the projects go-live

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Provide support for Annual increment, variable bonus and promotion exercises with HRBPs
- Support HRBP in year-end performance appraisal exercise
- Participate and conduct analyze results of compensation surveys
- Assist in conducting job evaluation survey

**Payroll and Reporting**
- Responsible in all government statutory and ad-hoc surveys
- Perform government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, FW levy and other related claims
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reporting
- Coordinate payroll for Singapore and finance reporting

**Safety**
- Take responsibility for the safety of myself and those around me by displaying safety leadership principles (i.e. Safety I’s & Accountability ladder).
- Challenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviours or unsafe conditions.
- Comply with the Global Safety Standards, Polices and Operating Procedures.

**Key Qualifications & Skills
**Qualifications**
- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/HR Management with 2 years working experience

**Technical Skills**
- Be comfortable working with data and meticulous with data accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Have basic understanding of HR processes
- Familiar with payroll-related standards and best practices
- Knowledge in HRIS is an added advantage
- Be proficient in using Microsoft tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive etc)
- Possess good computer and IT skills
