You will work in a close-knit team with like-minded individuals and be reporting to the Manager, Accounts.

If you are meticulous and detail-oriented, you might be the one we are looking for

**AR function**:

- Daily cash flow reports to management
- Key daily receipts to accounting system for credit cards/cash/cheque/giro received
- Credit control - follow up payment for the outstanding invoices
- Daily upload Amex BTA/Airplus report
- Daily download credit card statement
- Creation of customer’s code
- Application of Lodge card
- AD hoc invoice for airline incentive/marketing fund / rebate credit note
- Monthly statement to customers

**Adhoc**:

- May be required to participate in travel fairs.
- Any ad hoc duty assigned by your supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in or currently pursuing Accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting.
- Prior working experience in Travel Industry would be preferred
- Able to work as a team member.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
