**Reaching Out To You**: HL Assurance Pte. Ltd. (“HLAS”) is a licensed insurance company in Singapore since 2012 and a subsidiary of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad (“HLFG”), a public listed company in Malaysia.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible to
- Lead the overall Consumer Lines strategy for the company through multi-channel distribution platforms including digital marketing, direct marketing, telemarketing and affinity partnership marketing.
- Develop new business opportunities; perform market research and competitor analysis to position our campaigns competitively in the market.
- Develop new and effectively engage existing partnerships. New partnerships should include but not limited to affinity brand partners and digital market affiliates.
- Develop effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies via digital and telemarketing distributions.
- Execute pre and post marketing campaign evaluations to measure the ROI of all marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns and marketing collaterals across all distribution channels.
- Oversee customer service quality and service levels for both direct and intermediary enquiries.
- Design customized products, from conception to implementation, targeting specific client segments.
- Manage and continuously improve the company and affiliate/partner websites to ensure customer experience and sales conversion rates.
- Become a key contributor to influence customer experience.
- Lead the development of a loyalty program for policyholders.
- Manage production budget/forecast and marketing costs control in line with the overall company budget.
- Work in close collaboration with all sales & distribution channels to accelerate and influence effective marketing campaigns. Provide segmented leads to distribution to call center to support cross-sell marketing.
- Prepare monthly activities and business performance reports for the EXCO.

**Job Requirements**:

- University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and proven record in marketing project management
- Good knowledge of digital / e-marketing tools and systems
- Good understanding of the Singapore consumer market
- Strong analytical, organization, leadership and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
