Who We are Looking for?
**The person we are looking for is someone who have strong credentials in delivering operational excellence and is looking forward to global experience.
**Responsibility**
- Monitor operational tasks by in developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Push for process simplification, standardization and automation for functions and cross-functional collaborations including to define, measure, analyse, improve and control new and/or existing processes.
- Drive regular discussions with stakeholders across our global operations to identify potential opportunities of continuous improvement and kick off and support continuous improvement programmes to deliver customer success.
- Implement and conduct trainings for new processes.
- Prepare and analyze operations reports with deep dive analysis & provide recommendations for process compliance to the top management.
- Past experience in the IT / SaaS will be an advantage.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience with Business process management and improvement / Operational Excellence
- Willingness to learn, with a curious, and data driven mindset.
- Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members, via local and remote means.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
