**Reports To**:

- Station Manager

**Role Purpose**:

- Deliver professional assistance to process and facilitate passengers and their baggage through the airport with minimum inconvenience to them without tolerate the regulatory requirement and operation standards.

**Key Accountability**:

- Check In Counter
- To ensure cleanliness of counter.
- Must be customer service oriented - greetings, smile always and polite.
- Check in - correct, fast and accurate.
- Travel document - knowledge to read travel documents from all countries, validity and up to date.
- Baggage tag - correct and sufficient.
- Baggage and lost & found matters - alert at all time.
- Open counter - 90 mins before STD
- Close counter - 30 mins before STD
- Gate & Arrival
- To ensure boarding gate is opened at least 30 minutes prior to STD.
- Able to make delay and gate change announcements.
- To collect boarding pass and to assist passengers at the gate.
- To ensure no over size or heavy baggage taken to the aircraft.
- To ensure 20 minutes ground time not exceed.
- To hand over and to collect aircraft documents for office filings.
- Inbound / Outbound Passenger Manifest.
- Inbound / Outbound Cargo Manifest.
- General Declaration (where applicable).
- Inbound / Outbound Signed Loadsheet & NOTOC.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Possess at least diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in airline or aviation field focusing on operation and station management.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Excellent English communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management, colleagues and passenger with confident and accuracy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and airlines operation systems will be a plus point.
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
