This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in product quality assurance and learn from a team of experienced professionals. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Product Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. As a Product QA Intern, you will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures in collaboration with the QA team.
- Conduct software usability tests and participate in product design reviews to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Perform regression testing to verify resolved bugs and document test outcomes.
- Track defects, manage their resolution with the development team, and assist in reporting quality activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to software performance and reliability.
- Keep abreast of new testing tools and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Knowledge of SQL and scripting is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills and a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate issues clearly.
- A quick learner who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
- A team-oriented individual with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
