**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes across our internal and external supply chain. You will ensure that all products and processes meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong background in power conversion technologies and experience in quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Quality Management Systems**:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the internal and external supply chain. Implement changes to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Supplier Quality Assurance**:Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet Enetek Power Group's quality standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections of supplier facilities and processes.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards relevant to the power conversion industry.
- **Testing and Inspection**:Oversee testing and inspection activities to verify that products meet quality standards. Analyse test results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Training and Development**:Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management. Track key quality metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure quality objectives are met.
- **Return Material Authorization (RMA)**:Implement RMA processes and build working models to ensure quick turnaround and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in the power conversion industry.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
