Job Posting Title Metrics & Reporting Analyst **Job Description**: The Metrics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the business in decision making and customer service efforts by providing business intelligence services. This role is responsible for acting as a liaison between technology and business partners, and converting data into meaningful and actionable reporting products. **Responsibilities**: - Participate in the collection of reporting requirements through intake and prioritization sessions - Recommend quality and system improvements by analyzing the data issues, maintaining and enhancing data iteration processes, and collaborating with system owners to improve upstream processes - Create, maintain, and improve new and existing reporting solutions as required by the business - Facilitate team request intake sessions as a means to collect reporting requirements and determine project prioritization - Manage a designated group of internal and external clients on behalf of the workforce management team - Collect, validate, interpret, and organize various types of data into meaningful reports and/or summaries for designated client groups - Use statistical analysis and best practices to identify risks and opportunities and define reporting solutions - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, reporting analysis/ development, data analysis, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required - 2 years experience in metrics and reporting - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools in addition to familiarity with other reporting technologies - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with report generating technologies (like Cognos, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.) - Prior experience with data consolidation and modeling - Experience with writing SQL queries - Prior PBM experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data - Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts - Experience documenting requirements, creating training materials and working directly with end users Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure - Reports to a Manager or Director in Clinical Review, Clinical Programs, Finance, PBM Operations, Pharmacy Audit or Contact Center Potential pay for this position ranges from $55,400.00 - $83,400.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
