The Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting kindness and graciousness in Singapore. We work towards inspiring individuals and organisations to internalise and practice values that promote harmony, respect, and consideration. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager (Partnerships - 3Ps) to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing our mission.
**Role Description**
The Manager (Partnerships - 3Ps) plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining strategic partnerships across the private, public, and people (3P) sectors. This role focuses on fostering collaboration, extending SKM’s reach, and advancing our mission to promote kindness as a shared social value.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Educating, motivating, and inspiring partners to be active advocates of kindness within the 3P network.
- Conceptualising and implementing innovative engagement strategies to strengthen collaboration with partners.
- Planning, managing, and executing annual Kindness Day SG programmes with private and public partners, including budget oversight.
- Engaging partners in joint campaigns to amplify SKM’s messages.
- Organising and managing partner-related events such as the Transport Gold Award and other recognition platforms.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure message alignment and exploring sponsorship opportunities where applicable.
- Supporting SKM-wide events and initiatives as needed.
- Ensuring good governance practices, including procurement and compliance, across all programmes and events.
This role reports to the **Deputy Director (Partnerships)**and the **Executive Director**of SKM.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma Holder or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or programme/event management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and win-win collaborations.
- Creative thinker with proven ability to conceptualise and deliver impactful partner engagement initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, including budget management and event execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and good governance in all aspects of work.
- Passionate about community building and advancing kindness in society.
