Your role as a Strategist is to help the team and wider business deliver our strategic offering, ensuring that there is a strategic thread from insight to implementation.

As a key member of the strategy team, you will have a perspective on business, brand and customer considerations when defining innovation opportunities.

You are adept at uncovering insights that have the power to ignite strategic hypotheses and inspire experience ideas. In addition, you will also have a view of key drivers of changes spanning notable social, cultural and technological shifts.

You have a foundational understanding of research methodologies and how to articulate a piece of strategic thinking.

You enjoy toggling between deductive analysis and making inductive leaps that provoke and progress our thinking as a team.

**1. Responsibilities**:

- Design research plans using primary and secondary research methods;
- Conduct customer, stakeholder and expert interviews;
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking;
- Synthesise research findings into insights that can inform strategy hypotheses;
- Translate insights into strategic hypotheses that can inspire experience ideas;
- Capture analogous adjacent market examples to inspire clients and design teams;
- Support design and innovative user experiences;
- Participate and lead client presentations and workshops;
- Support and foster our engagement with clients;
- Contribute to internal thought leadership to support our positioning;
- Contribute to our strategic toolkit;
- Support the Strategy Director and Principals.

**2. Requirements**:

- **At least 4 years experience** working as a strategist;
- A self starter who can work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Genuine interest in human conditions and behaviours;
- Strong aptitude for business;
- Prioritisation and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to continually adapt to new challenges;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Comfortable working under pressure with often critical deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail.

**Note**:

- Although this position is headquartered in Singapore, it will require regular travel to our client offices abroad.
- Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
