Recruitment Coordinator

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR / RECRUITER
**Responsibilities**:
1. Experienced in end-to-end recruitment functions which include identifying all suitable channels and platforms to source for talents, job posting, screening, cold calling, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.
4. Work closely with the Operations team on recruitment needs and deliver consistent and timely manpower results
5. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
6. Assist with internship and early career program engagement
7. Participate in job fairs and career events in education institutions, etc.
8. Plan and prepare recruitment reports for the management.
9. Assist in HR projects and other HR tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Some experience in similar work.
2. Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, hiring processes, and work pass requirements.
3. Excellent people skills and communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
5. Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to problems
6. Recruitment experience in F&B industry would be an added advantage.
7. Minimum Diploma, or Degree holders.
8.Work well in a team environment.
9. Ability to handle multiple task and meet deadlines.
