**JOB HIGHLIGHTS** *Experience in oil&gas *Currently working at Singapore *Work based at Singapore *Enthusiastic team to work **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** **Main Task** Oversee Procurement team Except Contract team and Warehouse Assist UAE and Saudi procurement team Assist Malaysia Assist warehouse as and when required Oversee the Department Training Conduct Training for department and BU Give advise and asistting team member on strategy on commercial and guide them along Monitor and review project procurement activity Incharge of negotiation strategy for order above 50K sgd Assist the team on improvement work in procurement Incharge of negotiation strategy for order above 50K sgd Assist on REI surplus material for all project after finish Assist in open PR, PO, Invoice with issues Etc Sign PO, invoice, Vendor P-Q Assist to Oversee Procurement Department when Jennie on leave or MC Assist on the procurement objective Assist on the procurement audit Assist the contract team when it require **Detail Task For Buying items** To source potential suppliers in line with specification / Sending RFQ's To evaluate and update new/exisiting vendors into Approved Vendor List To coordinate with Project Team and Suppliers for any technical clarification To perform negotiations with short listed supplier(s) to the lowest best price with timely delivery. To ensure the appropriate terms and conditions are specified on the purchase order To prepare Bidtabs for Approval To prepare Purchaser's Terms & Conditions for purchases more than SGD 50K To assist in negoiation for Subcontract for BU if required To coordinate with Project Team for any urgent purchase To arrange Training (Introduction & Product Presentation from Vendors) To process order and ensure timely delivery from the vendor To coordinate with Material/Logistic Controllers for GR/GI issues, if required To assist Finance for invoices with issues To assist in expediting for deliveries if required To send Approved Purchase Order to Vendor To co-orodinate with Vendor for any return or replacement of defective materials Issue PO if necessary To update and report to Supervisor on the above To ensure Project give the "Material Plan for Project" **Detail Task for overseeing procurement team** To do appraisal for team member and review their work and performance regularly To provide mentoring to the team To provide guidenence to the team on commerical or process flow matters To work with the team to increase productivity in the process work flow To interview and provide training to the new team member **Special Task** Doing orentation for new staff in procurement and BU when it require Train team on midset of automation ( make use of system to come out report instead of manual ) Lead Qatar Project In Charge Lead for JPTT Project, Shell PC Handle all engineering items under malaysia project Assist on the big order value for over sea project when it require Continue look in to the proceess how to improve Do the procurement outlook **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday
