We are looking for 3 highly motivated individuals to join our call center team in Ang Mo Kio, starting in December. This is a 3-month contract role, where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. As a member of our team, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous call center experience is preferred but not required. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and are looking for a short-term opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 08:30AM - 5:30PM (8 hours per day)

Working Days: Monday To Friday

**Salary**: Up to $2,200 per month

3 months contract

Responsibility:

- Provide fast, high-quality support around the clock through a 24/7 call center,
- Prompt users with relevant questions to identify
- Assist users in resolving technical problems.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of problem tickets.
- Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution and maintain continuous communication within the team.
- Gather customer feedback and keep all stakeholders informed about known issues and following actions
- Document all issues and resolutions meticulously, submitting regular reports

Requirement:

- Minimum Higher Nitec
- have a prior experience in a call center
- able to work well in a team and independently - good communication and interpersonal skills
