Senior Manager/manager

**This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok Group Singapore.**
The job is responsible for managing all aspects of talent management and leadership development programs, and design and implement strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent for PaxOcean Group, with the objective to build a sustainable leadership pipeline for the Group.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Formulate, review and implement talent management strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Identify high-potential employees and create career development paths and developmental programs to nurture their skills and career growth.
- Ensure a smooth transition for key positions through strategic succession planning.
- Develop, manage and execute a structured approach of management trainees programme for PaxOcean Group, facilitating their development initiatives and career plans within the organisation.
- Oversee training functions such as development of competency framework, identifying and curating training programmes that aligns with the organisation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs using data analysis and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Management / Talent Development
- Experience in working with all levels of leadership within the organisation
- Experience in analysing data, identifying trends and making data-driven talent decisions.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pro-active, attentive to details and results-oriented
- Professional with high integrity and credibility.
