The Planning Associate will need to update the demand forecast while translating this into a continuous flow of various materials requirement at optimum levels, in order to enable a seamless flow and precise timing of production output for final delivery in order to drive a robust and punctual process for the ordering and receipt all required materials to be consumed as per the production schedule, while managing adequate inventory levels.

The incumbent is will need to ensure availability and on time fulfilment of all products as per the respective delivery schedule by managing a harmonious flow between respective processes and functions.
- Plans and prepares weekly production schedule for manufacture of commercial products based on the capacity vs demand by doing machines allocation, incl. resources requirement.
- Analyse production specification and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tool and human resource requirements.
- Draw up Master Production Schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Review lists of required materials and advise optimum stock level for allmaterials by using MRP (products, NPD and consumables) by working closely with RM/PM Warehouse.
- Calculate all materials (RM/PM/Kits) requirement based on Sales Forecast and raise PR to Procurement.
- Prepare Dashboard reports on operation planning and operation activities to be used as basis for continuous improvement.
- Monitor Production Schedule Downtime (CIP, PM, Trial) to anticipate its impact to production.
- Provide input and assist in limiting any build up of slow moving and obsolete inventory.
- Cooperate with Costing Associate to support CO, PP and MM module in SAP including master data set up and maintenance.
- Participate in budget preparation and administration.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers.
- Master Data maintenance and BOM creation as Back-up
- Back up for Demand and Supply Planner

**Job Requirements
- University degree in either of logistics, finance, technology, supply chain or business.
- Proven track record of 3-7 years experiences in Beverages, FMCG or Pharmaceutical Plant Management experience.
- Experience in SAP (PP, MM)
- Good MS office skills (Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
