Planning Engineer to plan the overall schedule, review and monitor the progress of the project in production, delivery and installation of Precast Segmental Method bridge/Advance works associated with Road Diversion/Utility Diversion. Experienced with all stages of the development cycle for LTA Design and Build projects. Strong background in both technical issues and contractual issues Well-versed in coordination with clients to report the reason of delay, potential risks and mitigation measures in consideration of understanding overall work sequence with planned resources.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent

Expertise/ Skill
- Expertise in management of overall programme, review, report and monitor the schedule to identify risks and control project.
- Expertise in coordination with Authorities to present planned work sequence, work progress and mitigation measures in consideration of site condition and any other issues.

Reference/ Experience
- Design and construction of At-grade roads widening including all associated junction improvements and realignment / reconstruction of its associated slip and service roads.
- Design and construction of new vehicular viaduct structure, ramps and other road bridge related works.
