Portfolio Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee portfolio company data (investment terms, capital calls, valuations) and ensure accuracy.
- Optimise internal management systems (tools, dashboards, data pipelines) for efficient operations.
- Assist in managing equity portfolios, aligning with investment strategies and risk management.
- Monitor and continuously improve internal management systems (e.g., booking tools, dashboards, data pipelines) to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with teams (investment, legal, finance, compliance) for deal execution and reporting.
- Support equity trading and enhance portfolio performance with data-driven insights.
- Implement risk management practices to safeguard investments.
- Lead/support system development projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop business opportunities, especially in fund management.
- Prepare and maintain investment reports, dashboards, and LP reporting.
- Ensure internal data consistency across systems (CRM, cap table software).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the investment lifecycle.
- Communicate investment strategies and performance to clients and senior management.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory documentation efforts as needed.
- Work with research analysts and traders to refine strategies and enhance decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience in equity portfolio management, trading, or engineering, with a solid track record of performance.
- Ability to assist in developing and expanding business activities, particularly fund management.
- Clear communication skills, able to present complex investment strategies understandably to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
