**Job Description:**:**General Need**:

- Key Global Accounts like AWS and MSFT have signaled significant growth in the APAC region over the next 3-5 years. The GAM team is working with each of these accounts to develop effective product delivery strategies (gens and solutions) and optimize our work processes.
- Both AWS and MSFT have identified a performance gap related to post-sales support from Order Entry through the Commissioning milestones. Today, dealers manage most of the execution activities within these gates. Our customers are mandating that Caterpillar play a larger role in the communication, milestone establishment/tracking, dealer support/training, and reduction in variability.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop customer / dealer relationships with key project teams
- Lead regional project milestone tracking of “major gates” (order entry, release, shipping, startup, etc.)
- Proactively identify obstacles / pitfalls to project success
- Bridge communication gaps b/t Caterpillar factories, dealers, customers, and project site teams
- Champion customer escalation situations with CAT and Dealer teams
- Pipeline Management for Region (monitor demand vs fulfillment, prioritization, etc.)

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Regional Performance Tracking (OTP, responsiveness, etc)
- Regional Forecasting
- Project Execution Strategies
- Change Order Management
