You will promote portfolio community in the Asia Pacific region, facilitate and support the local portfolio teams based on the organisation needs. Deliver proactive portfolio projects to add value to the local markets.. You'll report into our Product & Portfolio Director, Asia Pacific Regional Innovation.

Your role will include:

- Regional FNI portfolio management
- Build the APAC regional portfolio community, sharing best practices among the region portfolio teams
- Build the global portfolio connections to enhance the network and exchange
- Support local portfolio teams based on their needs to improve win rate.
- Build the portfolio knowledge centre and training material to ensure the portfolio teams share the same foundation/basic understandings
- Digitalization product implementation in the region
- Proactive portfolio projects to input new/trendy flavours, icon upgrade for local portfolio teams

Your professional profile includes:

- A University Degree in Food Science, Food Technology
- Minimum 10 years B2B marketing, portfolio, commercial background within the food or flavour industry, with a track record influencing and collaborating with commercial, marketing and technical colleagues.
- Ability to develop deep product knowledge, with the experience working with, and connecting, people from technical, innovation and commercial related backgrounds
- Strong project management skills
