The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, risk management, reporting, and strategy. The CFO plays a crucial role in shaping business direction, driving financial performance, and ensuring long-term sustainability through effective financial management and informed strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Strategy & Planning**:

- Lead long-term financial strategy in alignment with company goals
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingAdvise the CEO and Board on financial planning, expansion, and risk

**2. Financial Management & Controls**:

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions
- Oversee accounting operations, reporting, and internal controlsEnsure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts

**3. Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory obligations (e.g., IRAS, ACRA, MOM, CPF, BCA)
- Manage audits, company secretarial duties, and corporate governanceIdentify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

**4. Corporate Finance**:

- Handle fundraising, banking, and investor relations (if applicable)
- Evaluate investment opportunities, ROI, and capital expendituresManage financing for projects (e.g., project-based funding, trade lines)

**5. Business Performance & Reporting**:

- Generate management reports (P&L, balance sheet, project costing, etc.)
- Monitor project profitability and support QS/Project teams in cost controlAnalyze financial data to support strategic decisions

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
