**THE ROLE - WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a driven **Technical Recruiter **to support our B2B team strategy. Your primary role will be performing research and analysis to identify business and client opportunities, pursuing leads, reaching out to companies through calls and correspondence, consulting and securing job placements with top employers across the APAC region.

You are a natural problem solver who loves working with people, with a great understanding of the tech sector in Singapore and the wider region. You have experience managing the full life cycle of recruitment for roles in the tech sector.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Gather business intelligence on lead companies to identify business opportunities that generate revenue and utilise lead generation tools such as Dripify, LinkedIn, and existing lead outreach partner to track and ensure lead accuracy and qualified prospects
- Building deep relationships and partnerships with Technical Managers and HR leaders.
- Understanding clients' hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business environment, and team dynamics.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- You are a confident communicator with problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, yet drives towards clarity
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment, for any or all of the following: Software Engineering and Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure (storage, networking, database, etc.), Data, UI/UX, Cloud, Virtualization, Project Management, Mobile, etc.
- Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, 'hard to fill' roles, and diversity.
- Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal mobility and workforce planning.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem solving skills.
- Keen eye towards metrics and data, both to self-manage and to facilitate empirical, data-driven conversations.
- You have experience and a strong interest in education, training and development, and in the future of work and the digital economy.
- Above all you have a great attitude, a passion for working with people, and a deep love for what you do
