**Company Description**
Upwork's Management Services team is seeking to add a Chinese Bilingual Technical Recruiter to the team.

The** Bilingual (Chinese and English)** Technical Recruiter for Managed Services Recruitment will be responsible for providing recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team and the clients we serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track new client requisitions through ATS; update cases as they progress.
- Provide Technical Recruiting services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews via video call/Google Meet
- Continually develop and iterate on technical screening guidelines and procedures
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss current projects and internal updates

**Expected Deliverables**:

- Follow the correct interview guide provided for the role you are conducting interviews for.
- Same day documentation in the ATS with 100% accuracy.
- Follow processes outlined in SOP/process docs.
- Meet or exceed metric expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Technical Recruiting experience preferred
- M365 technical experience required
- Professionally working fluency in English and Chinese
- Exhibit strong collaboration skills; enjoys receiving feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Desire to continuously learn and grow; personally and professionally.
- Highly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Extremely communicative.
