**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Act as the technical escalation pathway for Transfer technologies, Connection and Disconnection product portfolios in their area of responsibility (SME)
- Define the technical execution framework for technology and product implementations
- Act as the higher level resource for conducting complex trials at customer site
- Personal management of complex and strategic projects
- Track and analyse the sales performance of the products within their responsibility and define targeted action plans together with the Sales and Marketing organisations to increase penetration into customer processes
- Execution of advanced level post-sales training for customers
- Ensure competency levels of Field Application specialists and the sales organisation in line with the strategy of the Manager of Business Area
- Consolidate Market feedback, voice of customers and transfer to product management to ensure customers’ needs are considered for new products or evolutions with the product life cycle
- Support Strategy Development and drive strategy defined for products and technologies within their responsibility
- Technical support for quality escalation at customer site
- Act as a technical sales coach for our sales organisation for products within area of responsibility
Technical liaison for important customer collaborations
- Generate data for Application Notes, co-develop sales tools for related products/technologies
- Any other responsibilities as determined essential for the business
**Qualification & Skills**:

- Life Science Graduate or equivalent 3-5 years’ experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry
- Expert level knowledge on Single-use technologies, sterile connections and disconnections, bioprocessing
- Commercial experience and/or sales track record is highly desired
- Detailed understanding of both customer process and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and Customer facing experience
- Ability to interact effectively at various levels (sales, technical, end-users)
- Good Market Knowledge (Customers, Competitors) and certain network in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management
- Good English speaking and writing skills
