**Job Summary:

Handling full spectrum of import and export documentation, export permit declarations, co-ordination with forwarders and planners / production to ensure smooth and timely cargo collection & delivery.

**Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

- **

Primary:

- Shipment arrangement with forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of

shipments.

Support overseas offices by providing quotations and transport solutions;
provide solution to customer's enquiries on shipping matters.

Secondary:

- Receiving & validation of incoming goods.

**Job Duties:

- **

1**.**Coordinate with production planner / production scheduler to ensure goods are ready on time

2**.**Coordinate with forwarders for day-to-day shipment arrangement

3**.**Liaising with IQC team for inspection documents required for shipments

4**.**Ensure all the shipping documents are in place & meet forwarders' requirement

5**.**Send shipment notification to customers and sales team for shipment tracking purpose

6**.**Submit in-house documentations for finance billing purpose (e.g: POD, Export Permit, Airwaybill)

7**.**Ad hoc duties such as Invoice amendment required by customer, clearing shipments with LOA, re-routing the shipment based on customer's request

8**.**Provide support and assistance to store activities as and when required

9**.**Receiving & validation of incoming goods

10**.**Complies with legal, corporate, and quality policy requirements

11**.**Any other duties assigned from time-to-time

**Minimum job requirements:

Qualification
- Completed GCE 'O' or 'N' Level.

Experience
- 3 years relevant experience in handling shipment matters.

**Special skills / knowledge / certifications / liscences**

Knowledge: - Oracle & MSO Applications, Supply Chain Mgt.

Skill set: - Planning & Time-Management skills.

Ability: - Multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Characteristics:

- Verbal communication, computer & analytical skills, keen to

details.
