  • Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus

Descriptions:

  • To coordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, freight.
  • To process online freight bookings via the system.
  • To follow up on booking confirmation with carriers.
  • To prepare booking confirmation to customers.
  • To follow up on any required approvals and etc.
  • To prepare documents, invoices, debit and credit notes.
  • To resolve service issues and maintain updated records.
  • Any other duties when being assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
