**Responsibilities**
- Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable, Giro Applications and Staffs’ Claims.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices and documents.
- Generation, Collation and Documentation of Reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all GST returns and GTO returns.
- Assist in overall running of the school operations.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the school and provide customer services to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Prepare accessories/instrument under order requests from branches.
- Inventory tabulation and management.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a Diploma qualification.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in basic accounting.
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Able to work on permanent part-time basis.
- 4-day work week; Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week

Work Location: In person
