Preschool Enrichment Centre Manager

Singapore De Kinder Club Full time

De Kinder Club is a premier early years enrichment space for all kids aged 6 months to 6 years old, especially focusing on sensory play.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day to day operations of a preschool enrichment centre
- Handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the classes offered by the centre
- Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc)
- Manage & coordinate the operations and support for the teaching team
- Handle administrative tasks connected to sales and operations at the centre
- Oversee scheduling of teachers and students for all classes, for smooth running of classes
- Provide quality customer service to parents and students.
- Ensure the upkeep of the centre
- Work closely with a dedicated, energetic team of teachers to deliver great experiences for both parents and students
- Handle collaborations with other centre or marketing partners
- Any other operational duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Hardworking, good team player and motivated to get things done
- Have an eye for detail and are meticulous
- Be enthusiastic and have lots of energy
- Be able to engage children and their parents during and after class hours
- Passionate about this business of teaching toddlers and pre-schoolers
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Able to handle sales enquiries confidently and have a genuine interest in sales and business development
- Organized, with good project and time management
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management / Early Childhood or relevant experience is a plus
- Able and willing to work on weekends

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
