**Responsibilities**
- Execute daily end-to-end trade transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to established service level agreements.
- Perform pre-processing review of customers’ submissions and documentary checks of shipping documents.
- Liaison with clients on unclear instructions and obtain proper documents before proceeding with the transactions.
- Check shipping documents and identify documentary discrepancies, in accordance with ICC standard guidelines, International Standard Banking Practices, UCP600, etc.
- Perform trade transaction screening, identify red flags and escalate as per bank procedure.
- Ensure that regulatory, bank’s policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to.
- Be customer centric and manage effectively client s and other stake holders on trade related technical query or transaction status
- to provide solutions or recommendations.
- Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare reports to internal stakeholders and/or customers.
- Identify areas of improvement and contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate, preferably in Banking & Finance
- At least 1-3 years of structured trade operations experience
- Ability to manage daily operations with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive self-starter who can collaborate effectively with strong organizational and interactive skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate decisively.
- Resilient and flexible/adapt in challenging circumstances.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
