We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** Operations Specialist.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Management end to end as project lead in Insurance Sub Value Stream, and demonstrate the good governance to meet exacting timescales necessary to comply with HSBC project management standard using Agile methodology
- Responsible for material to present in local sub value stream steering committee chaired by Chief
- Delivery Lead or Head of Transformation on the progress and manage multiple work streams in Sub Value Stream mobilisation and agile transformation, driving weekly project working group
- Proactively update senior management team on the risk, issues, milestone and escalation or recommendation path to Green1, ensuring the scope, cost, timeline are effectively managed good control project timeline governance
- Defining the approach and dealing with complex requirements and unique projects, often in multiple initiatives and work stream
- Achieving benefits as per strategic goals which are set out in the business case
- Management of stakeholders both at C suits level, and also working team
- Working with multiple delivery and business partner teams to drive the SVS mobilisation outcomes
- Good understanding of Singapore Insurance Business and drive governance through Business
- Transformation Management Framework, Business Case, User Story, and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Status Report and Analytic tools
- Working under Agile Methodology to driving a culture of achievement within Agile Culture
- Handles the operations and administrative duties of the Enablement Team
- Provide support and works in partnership with the different Sub Value Streams on a daily basis
- Able to in depth details work analysis on Business requirement both process and systems changes, and drive toward committed Business & customer outcome includes proposed Win-Win solutions for Customers and workarounds to have impactful to end to end business

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Min. 5 years experiences in program management
- Experiences in insurance industry is highly preferred
- Good communication skills
- Good stakeholder management
