The Specialist (IT Operations) will report to both the Centre of IT Services (CITS) and Nanyang Business School (NBS).

He/She will be responsible for overseeing all IT needs for faculty, staff, and researchers in the NBS, while ensuring compliance with CITS' IT policies.

As part of the daily operational support team, The Specialist (IT Operations) is to assist the Undergraduate Programmes, Research Centres, Academic Divisions, Alumni, Career Services, and College Comms operations. Additionally, He/She

collaborate with colleagues across various undergraduate, research centres, divisions, and departments to streamline, digitize, and automate current work processes, in line with the University's directive to go green and adopt enterprise solutions.

As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, He/She must be highly customer-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with various departments to solve problems. He/She must possess the ability to source solutions and learn new knowledge independently.

This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain work experience and knowledge in the IT industry within a university campus environment. The role offers direct access to the university's learning facilities, including libraries, seminars, and other online training materials.

**Responsibilities**:
Run infrastructure/system operations in School (NBS IT).- Ensuring that all programmes and department operations run seamlessly.- Managing the implementation of infrastructure changes and maintenance routines as agreed upon.- Contributing to the design and implementation of infrastructure replacement plans.- Assist the Undergraduate Programmes, Research Centres, Academic Divisions, Alumni, Career Services, and College Comms operations to streamline, digitize, and automate current work processes.

Maintain service level agreements and service improvements, and other areas.- Maintain service-level objectives and targets, monitoring these objectives to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded.- Maintain client satisfaction metrics and service procedures, constantly reviewing and analyzing these metrics to propose recommendations to improve performance and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Information Technology or other related discipline- At least 2 years of experience in IT operations- Proficient knowledge in Mac and Windows operating systems- Proficient knowledge in wireless and mobile technology- Possess good teamwork and interpersonal skills- Good oral and written communication skills
