**About the job**:
**As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base in the APAC region. Together with the international team of highly experienced BD and SCM experts, you will focus on selling strategic, mission-critical solutions across a wide range of industries.**
How you’ll shape our journey:
- Drive revenue and secure new named accounts in APAC - both independently and as part of our team.
- Utilize lead generation tools for creating sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand the critical business issues and strategic initiatives in the e2e supply chain of prospects and customers.
- Cooperate with our strategic partner Kinaxis and their solution.
- Maintain high-level executive contacts with new named accounts and manage the sales process.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market recommendations
What makes you a great fit:
- More than 7 years of experience in selling strategic and enterprise solutions and software (SCM, ERP, BI).
- Sales background in high-tech electronics, industrial, pharmaceutical, CPG or similar manufacturing sectors.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas, especially with new customers.
- Ability to communicate with executive level decision makers.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel up to 50% within APAC.
Location: Singapore (Office and WFH), Malaysia (WFH only)
