Singapore DRAGONFLY DCP MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

This person works closely with the other family assistants responsible for the smooth running of the residence and for servicing the family including managing all the household staff, record-keeping, procuring supplies as well as maintaining a friendly contact with the family and fulfilling their requirements and specifications in an orderly and timely manner.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Supervise and manage the household staff including drivers, chef and housekeepers;
- Manage the children’s school related matters and to monitor their progress/development accordingly;
- Organise and oversee the maintenance of the residence;
- Responsible for all household inventory;
- Plan and organise private events;
- Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements.
- Regularly organize children's school supplies;
- Perform other ad-hoc household duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
- Have a valid driving licence is preferred;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Able to delegate activities and manage others;
- Excellent discretion and confidentiality;
- Meticulous and attention to detail;
- 6 days work week;
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
