- Proven experience in managing a team.
- strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent coomunications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of marketing and and sales strategies.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive community for the

workspace.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. NO MULTI-TASKING
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- A person of strong integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivelant. However, if you do not have it, and as long as you can convince me you deserve a shot. Let me know.
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant, hospitality and/or hotel.
