**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams (florists, stylists, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Client Engagement:
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their vision and bringing it to life.
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Hands on Floral Work:
- Participate in the involvement of creations of floral arrangements, installations and styling
- Ensure all floral work aligns with our brand’s modern and timeless signature aesthetics
On-Site Coordination:
- Lead the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Troubleshoot any on-site challenges with creative problem-solving.
Creativity and Storytelling:
- Collaborate on creative concepts that reflect the couple’s story and vision.
- Offer innovative ideas for floral and event styling to elevate client experiences.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all deliverables reflect our brand values of timeless and modern beauty.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in project management or event coordination, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for floral design and wedding styling, with an eye for creative storytelling.
- Hands on experience or willingness to work directly on floral arrangements and setups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work schedules, including working on weekends when projects require.
- A positive attitude, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
