**Position Overview**:As a Wedding Planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating every detail of our clients' special day. Working closely with our vendor partners and clients, you will ensure that each wedding is executed flawlessly, exceeding expectations and creating lasting memories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to plan and execute all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and more.
- Create comprehensive event timelines and manage logistics to ensure seamless execution on the wedding day.
- Oversee budget management, negotiations, and contract administration with vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns throughout the planning process.
- Manage on-site coordination and troubleshooting during wedding events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay updated on wedding trends and industry best practices to deliver innovative and memorable experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator, with a strong portfolio of successful weddings.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, able to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
- Passion for weddings and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
