**Purpose statement**

The Manager, Health Education & Market Access (HEMA) Program, Asia Pacific (APAC) is responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific through the implementation of key HEMA programs for the region.

We are seeking an experienced collaborator with proven track record in successful project delivery and collaborating across functions and geography. Specific responsibilities for the role will include but is not limited to business analysis, strategic and operational planning, process improvement, organizational design, and development of new programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Directly reporting to the Director of APAC HEMA, the successful Program Manager will be responsible for HEMA program deliverables which includes but is not limited to:
Lead the HEMA Program team to execute project deliverables, including assessing the current state, defining to-be state, engaging stakeholders and driving change. The Program Manager will be responsible for project deliverables which includes:

- Co-ordinating the definition of scope of the project life cycle. Support the development of realizable business case for project. Ensures benefits are realized.
- Enable a pre-defined project methodology to successfully drive positive change.
- Structuring project and ensures formal transparency and governance is put in place for appropriate stakeholder groups.
- Plan each project phase, track execution and lead change management
- Break the project scope into manageable deliverables, time-bound project plan and track progress to completion.
- Identify stakeholders, organize project teams and engage stakeholders across the region to drive desired change

**Basic requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a global organization
- Demonstrated success/results in working with senior sponsors and leadership team members.
- Knowledge in evidence-based medicine and interest in health economics and market access
- Demonstrated project management experience using PMP or equivalent project management methodology
- Proven experience in building a vision and structuring a project through consensus
- Be able to own project execution and drive desired outcomes through influencing in a highly matrixed organization: foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential
- A self-starter that works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives
- Experience working in a regional capacity, with different cultures and across different time zones
- Be a role model for the team: Ability to step in on-demand, resolve immediate concerns that impact progress and roll up the sleeves as needed
- Fluency in English both verbal and written

**Good to have**:

- Diversity in experience (Commercial, Operations, digital etc.) welcome
- Exposure to mission critical ecosystems (healthcare, security etc.) is an advantage
- Be able to be forward looking and keep an eye on market trends for ideation or adoption within BSC in the mid to long term
