This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Regional Market Access strategies aimed at improving access to patients in all 13 countries in the ZP Therapeutics region, with the prioritised countries being Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan. The role will be involved in - Develop and execute regional market access strategies to achieve desired levels of patient access in the markets, through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economics. - Guide market access team to develop/adapt and drive the payer value proposition throughout the brand life cycle to external stakeholders to build advocacy and maximize market uptake, including contribution in the launch excellence planning. - Build competency and capabilities of the market access team in the markets by guiding, coaching, mentoring, teaching and directing as needed with the purpose of improving access to our priority brands. - Drive the access team in leading the reimbursement process with the market cross-functional team to achieve formulary listing/reimbursement. - Driving executional excellence in formulating & implementing stakeholder engagement plan for improved advocacy for better patient access, as well as driving policy shaping activities to achieve a treatment landscape supportive of improved access to our brands. You will be required to - To prioritize & execute effectively in delivering high quality work within tight timelines. - To navigate the organization to influence cross-functional teams in adopting & executing access initiatives. - To tackle, solve & manage complex issues. - Collaborate cross-functionally intra-division & inter-division to drive initiative - To explore innovative market access approaches to optimize access to patients **Qualification and Experiences** - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Life Science/Science/Management/Business - Preferable: Masters in Business (MBA), Health economics/Public Health/Health System - Essential: Market Access (>7 years), Pharmaceutical Industry -Ethical (>10 years) - Having regional experience or multi country experience. - Preferable: Ethical Sales, Ethical Marketing, Ethical Key Account Management
