Job Responsibilities

**Job Description**:

- Working Location: Various Locations
- Working Hours**:6 days, Monday - Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and adhere to safe work practices and policies.
- Forecast labor needs and ensure on-schedule delivery of scaffolding materials and components for the project.
- Liaise with the site scaffolding management team to report on daily progress, inspections, and delays.
- Prepare and review internal and external reports related to job status.
- Proactively identify and resolve any site issues that may impede progress to ensure a constraint-free work front.
- Coordinate project activities and schedule meetings to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.
- Ability to identify project scaffold needs and propose solutions that add value to the client and benefit the company.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and client execution plans and management system procedures and policies.
- Actively participate in daily reporting and KPI development discussions.
- Experience in Scaffold Project Management a plus.
- Knowledge of WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements.
- Able to read and understand Code Practice and Practice requirements for scaffolding.
- Possess leadership abilities to manage workers and contractors.
- Design and preplanning of the scaffold including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc.
- Overseeing the erection of the scaffold.
- Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.
- Conduct daily inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely.
- Inspections of scaffolds after changes/alterations have been made.
- Oversight and inspections of mobile scaffolds.
- Training of other competent persons, scaffold erectors, and users.
- Planning and supervising the scaffolding works.
- To lead a team of workers and ensure that work is done in accordance with schedule.

Job Requirements
- Five or more years of field experience
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
