Following Safety Guidelines : Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. This includes installing guard rails, safety netting, and ensuring platforms are well-guarded. Collaborating with Construction Teams : Working closely with other construction professionals to coordinate activities and ensure that scaffolding meets the specific needs of the project. Conducting Job Hazard Analysis : Identifying potential hazards on the job site and implementing procedures to mitigate risks. Maintaining Records : Keeping detailed documentation of scaffolding activities, inspections, and any maintenance performed. Providing Feedback : Communicating with managers and supervisors to suggest improvements to scaffolding processes and safety measures.
