**Solution Specialist Job Description**

As a member of the Technology and Innovation team, you will work together with a team of dedicated experts including researchers, designers, developers, and architects with a single goal of building the most innovative identity and data security technologies for a variety of use cases spanning across all industries. You will work against fixed timelines and your success will be measured by the ability to deliver on time on target products/solutions based on company directions. Your tasks include:

- Conducts research and case studies on identity and data security domain and makes determinations on the probability of implementation in Fálaina product/solution stack at customer site.
- Monitor IT Security technology and social trends that could impact Fálaina and its competitive edge.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- From time to time, capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications.
- Produce document on product/functional specifications and work with CTO and various other line of business to determine operational feasibility.
- Act as evangelist to communicate Fálaina technology strategy to employee, customers, partners, management and investors.
- Work with CTO to ensure the company continues to have the best technology offering in a dynamically-evolving highly-competitive space within identity and data security domain.
- Support the marketing team with collateral/white-papers that articulate Fálaina product, solutions and future roadmap.
- Provide the CEO/CTO with different “options” on the technical evaluation and provide sufficient information for deciding what is the best option to take at any given time.
- As a solution specialist, you will be also responsible to design and communicate complex UI features to development team across Fálaina.
- Act as software developer to conduct prototyping exercise and programming to demonstrate ideas from time to time
- Work with development partners on product development across all product development life cycle.
- Work with in-bound/out-bound product management team to collect/communicate information from time to time.
- To participate in critical customer proof of concepts activities to help to win customer confidence and guide sales/pre-sales team members.
- Solution Specialist required to travel from time to time to attend conferences, customer/partner meetings, and to participate in company marketing events.

**Solution Specialist Required Education and Experience**
- Bsc. Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in research and development organizations
- Added Advantage:

- Experience in working with identity and access management technology vendor
- Experience working/participating in new product analysis/design
- Software development experience

**Solution Specialist Required Required Skills and Expertise**
- Experience in working with Identity and Access Management technologies
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and.NET platforms
- Understanding of software development lifecycle or Dev Ops
- Understanding Microservices (Microsoft.NET Core), Dockers and Container concept
- Experience in developing Identity and Access Management technologies
- Experience in software product documentation
