**Responsibilities**:

- ** Forecasting & Planning**- Evaluate and forecast material requirements using MRP/ERP systems.
- Analyze production schedules and demand trends to plan material needs.
- ** Inventory Management**- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.
- Track inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- ** Procurement Coordination**- Collaborate with purchasing teams to place and track orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials from suppliers.
- ** Supplier Management**- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Assess supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery).
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**- Work with production, logistics, and finance teams to align material flow with business goals.
- ** Reporting & Analysis**- Prepare reports on inventory status, material usage, and supply chain performance.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications like CPIM or CSCP are a plus.
- 2-5 years in material planning, inventory management, or procurement.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Following Requirements are a plus:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with advance planning systems.
- PowerBI
- Final phase system
- Fabtime
