**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Role Description:
The position reports to the Operation Manager. Trainee is to oversees the entire Operational flow and processes in line with the Company's core services which is managing and streamlining fruitful events and concerts according to the client's specifications
- Specific Responsibilities:
1.The Trainee manages the event plans and works closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.
2.The Trainee shall ensure events follow local security, Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
3.The Trainee would be able to manage crowd control and evacuation plans with stakeholders such as venue operation department and security agencies. Trainee will manage escalated on-site issues as well as takeover and handover of venues.
4.The Trainee shall be able to lead negotiation with vendors to secure service contracts within event budget.
5.The Trainee shall manage adjustments to event programmes to counter environmental issues and threats.
6. The Trainee shall be able to develop final accommodation plans for participants, develop final event logistics plans to support project plans, develop final immigration processes and protocols for participants. The Trainee shall also develop final registration processes and protocols for events. The Trainee shall also coordinate final transportation and parking plans for events.

3.Good Management of events
4.Good Negotiation skills
5.Quick resolution skills and able to adapt according to circumstances
6.Overseeing Project and events development and processes
4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3,000
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
