Purchasing & Inventory Executive

Singapore BIZCARE PERSONNEL SERVICES Full time

**Salary: $3000-$3800**

**Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)**

day-to-day procurement duties also in other aspects of procurement, inventory management and warehousing for the company

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main coordinator between the operations departments and our 3PL
- Monitor stock level and trigger purchase of materials
- Prepare weekly/monthly Report
- Perform SAP functions such as issuance of Purchase Order and Goods receipt
- Help to negotiate with Suppliers to pull in / push out delivery
- Assist in drafting/enhancing of Policies and Processes
- Assist in Audits
- Assist and Govern the Tender and RFQ Processes
- Conduct Policy Briefing
- Perform Sanction Risk screening
- Monitoring of all open Purchase Order and Service Order

**Requirements**:

- Degree with 2-3 years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experiences or Diploma with 4-5 years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experiences _
- Experience in managing Tender and Request for Quotation
- Computer Proficiency (MS office and SAP)
- Quick in problem solving
- Meticulous, independent and with initiative
