We are now seeking an experienced relocation mobility professional to act as a Talent Mobility Advisor in Singapore.

This role offers work from home flexibility. Please note that applicants may be required to attend the client office as required therefore required to be based in Singapore.

**About the role**:
The role acts as an extension to the Global Mobility Solution function and will as a consultant to our client’s HR team and managers on their mobility solutions. In addition the TMA will work with Sirva colleagues as a point of contact to assignment clarification and policy exceptions. Some of the duties include;
- Partner with client HR and management on relocation/assignment issues impacting the employee & family
- Advising on the appropriate mobility solution/program for each assignment scenario by conducting appropriate reaserch and analysis.
- Be a voice of trust and knowledge to our client to navigate the overall assignment process and provide guidance on relocation services and tax & cost estimations
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers including process invoicing and ensuring payment schedules.
- Partner with the Sirva consultants on new authorizations for actioning and provide guidance throughout the relocation lifecycle.
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrating relocation policy
- Experience communicating & advising on domestic & international relocation topics (including compensation & tax) is highly desired
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate, educate, challenge & support our client personnel at various levels of seniority
- Superior time management & organisational skills to handle various assignment requests and projects throughout the work day
- Strong analytical skills to determine best outcomes & utilising data, the policy & researched information to your advantage
- PC proficiency - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and job related systems
