Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. Our Talent Acquisition team leverage their recruiting expertise and market knowledge, while managing full life-cycle recruitment efforts within an assigned functional group. You will spearhead the strategic partnership with business leaders, hiring managers and HR generalists and will be responsible for the following:
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for professionals
- Identify and assess talent and facilitate the selection decision
- Ongoing research of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy and influence business decisions
- Negotiate offers
- Participate on enterprise-wide projects such as branding, social media strategy, process improvement
- Solve complex issues independently
- Act as a mentor to others on the team
**Qualifications**:
Financial Service industry experience required, asset management industry experience strongly preferred
The ability to collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal savvy
- Experience with leading recruitment tools (competency-based interviewing, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, various Applicant Tracking Systems) is desired
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement using measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics
- Related Bachelors degree is strongly preferred
